The TEWV Mindfulness Team are offering free courses to people aged 18+ who experience repeated episodes of depression, or are stressed by parenting or caring for someone with mental health problems. Taster sessions (free of charge and booking not required) help people decide whether they would like to attend the course.
The taster sessions in our area are on 19 November and 18 December 6-8pm at Wellspring Therapy & Training, with the course starting in January.
