Customer Service Volunteer

Are you an enthusiastic, outgoing individual? Do you like chatting to people? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team!

Our Customer Service volunteers are vital when welcoming our customers into our shops. We’d like someone with a helpful, can-do attitude, to make our customers feel welcome and supported. You’d also have the option of till training.

Whether you are looking to make new friends or improve your CV, we can provide all the support you need.

In return we will offer flexible hours to fit your lifestyle, reimbursement for travel and 25% staff discount. We also offer free short courses and a selection of NVQ qualifications!

Skills and qualities needed for the role:
