Description of the role:

We are looking for an active and able volunteer gardener, with knowledge and skills in gardening to assist with gardening around our Arts & Craft Centre, Bond End, Knaresborough.

To work under the direction of the Maintenance Officer and Centre Management to assisting in keeping the grounds in order, clean and safe.

You will benefit from:

Training in disability awareness is offered and the volunteer will report to the Centre Manager. The Centre Manager and Instructors will mentor the volunteer in the role and they will become an integral member of the team.

Minimum of one morning or afternoon session a week, 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Skills and qualities needed for the role:

No formal Qualifications are required. Gardening experience preferred.
