Full-time/37 hours per week
£17,000 per annum pro rata

In this exciting role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive, Directors and Heads of Service. Reporting to the Business Administrator, you will undertake a wide range of duties, which will include diary management, event planning and facilitation, and preparation of reports and performance data to name but a few of the wide ranging tasks you will be involved in.

You will also take an active role in raising our charity’s profile via social media and networking avenues.

You will be a natural organiser, an excellent communicator with great attention to detail, and will be comfortable working with IT solutions to ensure maximisation of time and resources, and to produce performance data. You will have previous experience in a professional or administrative capacity, and ideally also in reception duties and switchboard use. As you will be undertaking some administrative tasks within our Finance team, previous experience of working in a finance setting would be advantageous but is not essential.

Please note that you will occasionally be required to attend meetings outside of normal office hours to undertake minute taking.
